Job Description

IGL4US is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Assistant to support our sales operations in Las Vegas.

In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to help maintain strong client relationships, coordinate day-to-day sales activities, organize information, follow up on opportunities, and ensure customers receive timely and professional support.

This position is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys contributing to the success of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational activities.
• Assist with client inquiries and provide professional, timely communication.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and contact information.
• Help prepare sales materials, presentations, proposals, and documentation.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and sales-related activities.
• Track leads, opportunities, and follow-up tasks.
• Assist with order or service coordination when required.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to support customer needs.
• Help ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain organized records and assist with general office responsibilities.
